You’ll be working with very high spec UHV products that are completely unique in the market. This business is going from strength to strength, and due to their growth, they need to start building their NPD team. Reporting into a fantastic R&D Manager, you’ll be given autonomy but also supported when you need it.
You’ll be responsible for all your designs from beginning to end. NPD, CAD modelling, simulations, spec development, prototyping and establishing test requirements will all be part of your remit. As part of a close-knit team, your voice will very much be heard, and you’ll be able to influence the designs of the future. It’s a fantastic industry to be involved with, and very much at the forefront of research globally, setting you on an excellent path for future success.

The Candidate: Development Engineer
Our ideal candidate will be positive and confident in your ability, and will have most of the following skills and experience:
• 2+ Years in a design or product development role
• Knowledge of high vacuum systems or products
• Excellent communication
• Confident in voicing your opinions and ideas, both within the team and to other departments
